Inquiry About Discounts/Offers – Unhelpful Sales Experience – Interested in Purchasing an Adobe Plan

I’m posting here to share feedback and also seek guidance from the community.
I recently contacted Adobe sales/support because I was interested in purchasing an Adobe subscription. My main query was around any available discounts or promotional offers for new customers, and I was open to proceeding with a plan if suitable options were shared.
Unfortunately, during the interaction, the agent showed little interest in discussing available offers or helping me explore possible discounts. The conversation felt disengaged, and I didn’t receive clear information that would help me make a purchase decision.
As a potential new customer who was genuinely willing to subscribe, this experience was disappointing. I believe a more proactive approach, especially when users are asking about offers, could greatly improve conversion and customer trust.
I’m still interested in subscribing and would appreciate:
Information on any current or upcoming discounts/promotions
Advice from community members on the best time or way to purchase
Guidance from an Adobe representative, if possible
