instalacion periodo de prueba y me cobran todo el año

Hola, he instalado el pasado 7 de enero adobe premiere y añadían adobe stock de prueba también y hasta entonces ha sido una terrible experiencia para poder anular la suscripción y ahora si cancelo me quieren cobran 800.000 pesos colombianos solo por adobe stock que eso no lo he usado para nada.

 

me han cobrado ya por un mes que ni he utilizado

 

tienen alguna respuesta para poder ayudarme

    You will need to wait for an Adobe employee to reply

    Hello, I installed adobe premiere on January 7 and they added adobe test stock too and until then it has been a terrible experience to be able to cancel the subscription and now if I cancel they want to charge me 800,000 Colombian pesos just for adobe stock that I have not used for anything.

     

    I've already been charged for a month that I haven't even used
