Installation Creative Cloud Issue Please help!

Hello everyone!, So I have a student licence key (.key file) from adobe to use substance Painter but recently I had to wipe my PC. I cant redownload standalone substance painter because it wont let me use my University email to get it (probally because I used it to get the student licence key, so I downloaded creative cloud but it says my trial has ended and I am unsure to where I need to put the licence key to bypass this issue! Would appreciate any help as Deadlines approach!
