Installation PS Elements V14

I used in the past PS Elements V13 sometimes. Because of a PC system reconfiguration all programs have been deleted. Recently I get in to my Adobe Account and I was informed that a new version V14 was available. I downloaded and installed the new PS Elements V14.
After that, the Programm is mentioned as registred in my Adobe Account with a recent serial No.
The programm starts smooth, when I start the Photoeditor a window opened "Anmeldung erforderlich"

(registration required), with user ID and password i get access, the window "Adobe license agreement" pop up. With "agree" a new window "check serial number" pop up. Enter the "check" button, this window pops up again and again ...... by the way: the internet connection is OK
Does somebody has any idea how a can start the PS Elements Fotoeditor ?

This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
