internet connection failures

Hello, due to Covid19 issues, I'm experimenting ISP troubles which get me frequently disconnected, sometimes for several hours. If I try to open any of my Photography Plan applications during that periods I receive an error activation notice and I can't work with them.

Is there anything I can do to avoid this?
