Hey, I was wondering if Adobe has an option to receive your invoices automatically through Peppol. Does anyone have any idea about this?

    Hello I made a free trial and cancelled immediately buy you debit m'y account for almost 36 euros per month. I just discovered it's been 2 months like this. Could you please cancel before I make a procédure?

    No mobile store I juste accepted the free trial propose on Internet. Please tell me how I can be refunded???

    J'ai fait un essai adobe et résilié au bout de 24 heures. J'ai reçu une confirmation et cela fait 2 mois que je suis prélevée près de 36 euros.

    Je vous invite grandement à rembourser ces 2 mensualités et confirmer l'annulation totale. Vous verrez que rien a été utilisé. 

    Selon votre retour je passerai par une procédure juridique.

    there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
    if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    As of Jan. 1, 2026 PEPPOL becomes mandatory for all Belgian companies in a B2B context. This means that all companies subject to VAT must exchange e-invoices via PEPPOL. How will Adobe comply with this?
