invoice paid but no product

hello!

Last week I had change payyment from CC to SEPA. After three days, I received the invoice and the money was withdrawn from my bank by Adobe. However, my subscription is suspended and I need to work with the programs! What should I do? The invoice arrived, the money was withdrawn (Creative Suite annual subscription), and now? Why is Adobe taking away my subscription? I need it active because I have some work to submit. HELP It's a big problem
