Invoice Suddenly Being Sent in Different Laguage

I’ve been using Photoshop for years and receive my invoice by email every month.

For the past two months, the invoice has suddenly been sent in Turkish instead of English, which is the language I’ve always received it in.

I checked my Adobe account settings and removed my native language (Croatian), leaving only English selected. However, the invoice is still being sent in Turkish.

I would really appreciate your help in resolving this issue and having my invoices sent in English again.

@tamid77667330 thanks for posting to this public discussion forum and for your long-term use of our services.

 

I can confirm the recent invoices were sent in a different language. I do see that the verification code that was requested today was in English. Did you use the steps listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/communications-and-preferences/manage-marketing-communication-preferences.html to change the language to English before January 20th?

 

Equally, ​@tamid77667330 can you use the information at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/billing-and-payments/view-billing-and-invoices/view-download-email-adobe-invoice.html to obtain English versions of the Invoice?

Under My Account - Preffered Languages -  First Language, I’ve checked that the language is set to English (it already was), but I’ve removed Croatian from the list. I’ve done this two months ago I believe. 

I can donwload the Invoices in English from the Adobe website (from the link you’ve provided), but I’d really like if they could be emailed in English as well.

Thanks for the update, ​@tamid77667330 . As far as I can tell, the settings for your account and the communications for today are set and were sent in English.

 

Please bookmark https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/billing-and-payments/view-billing-and-invoices/view-download-email-adobe-invoice.html if the invoices in February are not sent in English. You will also want to reach out to us directly so we can review your account.
