Invoice without tax number (Polish NIP)

I have a problem with a invoice. The invoice must have a tax number (NIP, because i'm from Poland). Unfortunately, I received an invoice without tax number, even though I typed it. Please help.

Is this related to the Creative Cloud subscription, if not you need to contact the company that provided the invoice and ask them to reissue the invoice again with the required details
