Invoices are no longer accessible

Hi, my Creative Cloud subscription plan that I had started more than 10 years ago at 9.99€ per month has recently been increased to 15€ per month (this happened two months ago I believe) and since then, I no longer have the ability to download the monthly invoices on the Adobe.com website like I used to. The list in the history is totally empty, where I should at least find the two latest invoice with the new pricing.

btw, the photography plan paid annually is still ~120e/yr

Yeah I tried that page but it just sends me to the usual page I go to where the site says I have no invoices in my history.

Please note that the recent increase in your monthly charge is due to a pricing adjustment for the Photography Plan (20 GB):

  • Annual plan billed monthly: The price has increased

  • Annual prepaid plan: Pricing remains unchanged

Additionally, an email notification about this change was sent to the address associated with your Adobe ID. Please check your inbox and spam folder for further details.

Regarding the issue with invoices not appearing in your account, here are a few steps that may help resolve it:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies
    Sometimes stored data can interfere with how the Adobe billing page loads. Try clearing your cache or accessing your account using an incognito/private browsing window or a different browser.

  2. Disable browser extensions
    Ad blockers or script-blocking extensions can prevent the invoice section from loading properly. Temporarily disabling these extensions may allow the page to display your invoice history as expected.
