Invoices cannot be allocated

Hello,

I have several Adobe invoices that I cannot match because the invoice numbers all do not exist. I'm looking here: https://account.adobe.com/orders/billing-history

If I just go by the amount and date, matching doesn't work for a majority of the invoices either.

All invoices were paid via PayPal. The invoice number always starts with BL. Is this perhaps the case for all invoices paid via PayPal and there is always a different invoice number on the PDF files?

How do I find out which PDF file is the correct one when the invoice numbers I have don't seem to exist?

Thanks in advance.

https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/print-creative-cloud-invoice.html

if that link doesn't help, contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately, the link does not help, as I then end up with the invoice overview I already know. However, I have to assign several invoices with the same invoice amount and that partly does not match the date. and the invoice number is different everywhere. The invoice numbers that I have and can also be taken from PayPal start with BL. However, the invoices on the Adobe homepage start with AD. About the link to contact Adobe, I see no possibility for this. I just end up in some help articles and can't find a contact form or chat.
