Invoices history are not shown

Hi everyone;

I have a problem with my invoices. I can not access to them.

When I load the invoices history the window is shown in blank.

I really need the invoices, please anyone can help me?

What happens when you go to the link I gave i.e. the one below

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

It should open up a chat window for you using which you can chat with an Adobe employee, make sure you type in AGENT in the chat window to get connected to a human instead of a bot. If you don't get a chat window then check if you have any ad blocker or a firewall working and disable them or try to access the link by changing your browser/network/device.

You can also try to reach Adobe via Twitter, @AdobeCare

Type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human.

Thanks for warnning! I will be carefull but I writed here because I tried to ask for help in the link that you share me, but there are not email, phone or chat to talk with someone of Adobe staff.
