Subject: Urgent: Request for Refund and Data Removal

Dear Adobe Team,

I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue with my subscription. I had requested the cancellation of my Adobe account at the end of March, and I received confirmation from your team regarding this request (please refer to the email below for reference).

Despite this, Adobe has continued to charge me a monthly fee of 203 MAD, even after the cancellation was supposed to be effective. I also paid an early termination fee of 280 MAD, which I accepted as part of the cancellation process.

However, I have now discovered that charges have continued beyond the cancellation date (see attached invoices). This is both unexpected and unacceptable.

I am therefore requesting the following:

  1. A full refund of the unauthorized charges that were billed after the cancellation date.

  2. The complete removal of my banking information from your systems in accordance with data protection regulations.

Please treat this matter as urgent and confirm the resolution as soon as possible.

Kind regards,

    Hi @noureddine_7181,

We appreciate you reaching out. I checked your account details and found that you cancelled your subscription to AI Assistant for Acrobat however you still have an active subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro. This is the reason you are still getting charged. Please check the details listed in your account following the link shared by the expert above.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
