iPad版イラストレーターをPCでも編集したい場合、追加でデスクトップ版の購入が必要ですか。

You need to have the desktop version to edit on the desktop.

Illustrator for desktop includes the iPad version, but I have not heard that it's the other way around.

I did not know that desktop version includes iPad version.
I bought a yearly plan on iPad. I will buy MacBook soon so can I cancel the order and buy the desptop version instead ?

Hi Maki,

Here is the plan for Illustrator and what is included.

Since you are purchasing a new computer, here are the minimum requirements. The Phototshop team lists minimum and recommended requirements, but the Illustrator team only has minimum listed.
