Is Adobe Allowed to Raise the Price of Its Photography Plan (Photoshop + Lightroom) by 51%

Dear community,

I've been paying €9.99 per month for years for my Photography Plan (Lightroom + Photoshop). Starting tomorrow, the price will increase to €15.12. Is Adobe allowed to raise its prices by 51% like this?

I appreciate the explanation regarding the pricing changes. I’ve now been helped well and ended up with a monthly price of €8.61, which I find reasonable. For context, I live in Europe.
