I need help with my account. I don't know what is going on but seems that the Adobe unlawfully takes my money from my account. I supcrised for 12 month student pack but on  my account I don't see any plans. I can't open any apllication!!!

I don't see my registered payment card, I can't cancel it.

What a scammed organazation you are? How it is possible that I need to write my problem only publicly!!!

This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long

Alternatively, pick up the phone during normal business hours, M-F.  Google "Contact Adobe" as numbers vary by region.

From whom did you purchase Creative Cloud?

If it was purchased through your school, you must contact your schools IT dept for assistance.

You HAVE TO find and contact yout school's adminsistrator because they control all accounts with a school email. DO NOT POST ANY PERSONAL DETAILS HERE. Nobody can help. If someone offers to help, they will probably be a scammer - beware!

Unfortunately not. I am paying for student pack each month .  I can't open any applications for last 3 weeks. My account  says NO PLANS. I don't see my payment card  details, any bills, nothing are there. I can't cancel nothing on my account. Where do you store all my details? Why I can't see it and managed it?  That is my big concern!
