Is it legal if somebody else pays for my Creative Cloud account?

I am living in a country that is not allowed to buy Adobe products because of legal agreement, so I am not eligible to pay for an account. I have a close person who is living in another country and is willing to pay me monthly for the Creative Cloud. Would that be a problem?
