Hello, I have an annual plan from 2020 and I want to transform it into a student plan because I have been a student since last year. Can this be done without penalties?

If this has happened to you, don’t worry! Here’s what you can do next:

1. Verify Eligibility
Ensure your student credentials (such as a school email or proof of enrollment) are linked to your Adobe account before requesting the change.

2. Understand the Terms

  • Plan changes typically restart the annual commitment.
  • Your Adobe ID and cloud-stored files remain unaffected.

yes, changing plans is penalty-free at adobe, but you'll restart your one year commitment.
