Is it possible to lower my subscription price?

Question

So i'm a student and I've been using student account and the creative cloud subscription for almost a year, yesterday i got a notice that the subscription will rise to IDR 313.000 from IDR 130.000.

It's way to expensive for me, is it possible to negotiate with adobe or is there any plan that is lower than that? I need the essential apps like ai, ps, ae, lrc, pr, and indesign :(

​@Nancy OSheamy understanding is that it’s for multiple years (but the first year is more discounted than the other years) with each year requiring verification. ie, the other years are also discounted.
