Is it possible to pay just for specific apps *and not* a bundle?

I am a user of modest means. I would like to acquire full use of all features of the Scanner app. But the only manner I see for doing this is to pay for the entire Acrobat bundle. That's rather pricey for me. Is there a less expensive way for me to acquire, simply, full use of the power of the Scanner app? Does Adobe stuff come a la carte?

The Mobile App is free from Google Play or Apple Store.

FREE Acrobat Reader -- view, comment & sign PDF.

Paid Acrobat Pro DC -- the complete solution for creating and saving PDF.

Those are the only PDF plans Adobe offers.

I thank you for your replies, Nancy. As I have said in my App Store reviews, we truly appreciate Adobe's generosity in offering these apps. I use them. They have helped—even in some hard times—of our lives. Many years ago we used Photoshop. That was when I was a sysprog and could afford such luxuries. Now in later years it is handy to have smaller apps more appropriate to our needs. So we appreciate Adobe's help in these smaller things! Again, I thank you.

I don't know what scanner app you mean. Can you be more specific please?

Maybe you mean this for your mobile device?

there is the photography plan, all apps plan and then individual apps, https://creative.adobe.com/plans

and there are 2 perpetual license apps, photoshop elements and premiere elements

and there are mobile apps, including adobe scan (imo the best mobile, not just adobe, app).
