Is it possible to subscribe to two plans?

I've had the full CC plan for 10 years, and at this point am really only using PS and AI. I want to downgrade to the PS $10 and the AI $20, but chat didn't seem to be able to direct me or answer finite questions with any degree of proficiency.

 

Does anyone know if this is possible?

Yes, you  may subscribe to the Photography Plan for 12 months + single app of Illustrator.

You'll need to cancel your current plan first,  early termination fees may apply.

    Once your current subscriptions ends (BE SURE TO CANCEL BEFORE YOUR RENEWAL DATE) you will be able to buy the special Photoshop subscription and add any other single program

     

    If you want to cancel your current subscription early and not pay the fee you will need to go back to chat and be VERY specific that you want to change your subscription, not just cancel early

      I've attached a screenshot of what I find when I select Photoshop in the Change Plans section. In the review, it doesn't say anything about paying a fee for cancelling early, but actually refunding the balance. However, I've seen several similar responses and cautions about cancellation fees, but can't find anything in the UI about it.
