I have sent multiple refund requests to <removed to prevent spam>, but I have never received a response.

Is the e-mail address currently unavailable?

For refunds on Android you need to contact Adobe Customer Care. The email you've listed above does not go to persons who handle account information.

Your issue can best be resolved by contacting Adobe Customer Care at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/what-contact-options.html. Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Start Now” live chat link in the lower right of this page. Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chatbot.

Hi @영도324829900x4d,

We're here to help.

As per your account info, you have an active subscription for Adobe Lightroom mobile. Refund can only be initiated if the subscription got cancelled within 14days.

Did you contact Adobe support for cancellation? Do you have any case number we can refer to?

Let us know. We'll make sure of providing the best possible solution.

Regards,

Shivangi

I bought it from Google play store, and the email above is showed at the developer's profile on google play.
I've tried to sent emails for a few times but never get any response, so I contact Adobe support team but they said "Contact google play store". But google support team also said that "Contact the developer". How can I 'contact' the app developer even though he is not read my email?

Google play support team said I need to contact the developer directly, because they can do nothing for me. That's why I'm angry about the developer keep being irresponsive.

I bought Lightroom Android for 1 year subscription by accident, But it was over 48 hours from the purchase so I had got to contact the developer to get a refund of it.

Even though I sent the developer emails for a few times over 30 days, I've still never get any response.

What I already tried:
Contacted Adobe support team (They said "Contact Google support team)
Contacted Google support team (They said "Contact the developer direclty"... but how?)
Sent the developer emails for 5 times over 30 days

Everyone says that they cannot help me.
Then what am I supposed to do for getting a refund?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
