https://adobe.ly/4k1LDrm is not https://adobe.ly/44Yjltu, Ashlyn. Please update your security software and run an anti-virus and malware check on the computer.

Thanks for nothing but uselessness, Jeffrey. I received at 5am Oct 15/26 an email from that same fake I guess adobe email. Malwarebytes wouldn’t let me open it.
I just got Adobe and Pro to make web pages into files for legal case, and it doesn’t work worth beans. What’s the BS about having to use a mobile phone to get any info? Disabled seniors can’t afford that crap. I'm off to find a way to blow your adobe junk away.
Yours VERY sincerely
Auntie Canuck

Hi Auntie Canuck,

I’m sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced.

I checked the email address associated with your community post, but I’m unable to locate an active subscription under that account.

To help us identify the correct account and better understand the purchase, please post your query using the email address that was used to purchase the Adobe subscription.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We appreciate you working with us to get this sorted out.

Thanks for posting, Ashlyn. The Adobe log in the e-mail is incorrect, nor do I see any recent specific messages being sent from us to you. Please report the e-mail as a phishing attempt through your e-mail client. It looks like you may be using Outlook see https://adobe.ly/3XPjStm. ^JW

I got an email from mail@e.adobe.com title "Give your photos a change of scenery". I clicked on the link, I'm usually very careful, and it just kept taking me to a website prompting me to open photoshop with no tutorial. Is this legit and something's not working, or did I just fall for a phishing email?
