Is there a way to be informed when there's a sale for the yearly subscription under 500$?

Is there a way to be notified when the price of the annual CS drops below a certain point-
like 500$?
Like a wishlist option or something?
There was a sale via outside vendors like B&H, but I missed it.
I just want to be able to get an email or something when it happens again.
I didn’t want to have to learn several open source programs to replace CS, especially since I’m already familiar with CS, but I will, because the price is outrageous for an individual who doesn’t make any money from using it.
