Question

Is there a way to make the Choose Plan info go away in the Creative Cloud Desktop app window(s)?

I have already chosen a plan... the photography plan. I don't intend to choose another any time soon. Maybe that can move to the Account section of the pulldown or something, but I'm kind of annoyed at seeing it every time I launch the desktop app. It takes up a lot of room. Or maybe it can go away after a certain amount of time, but whatever, I'm trying to work. I drank the Adobe kool-aid, I don't need to be sold.

Kind of whiny, sorry. Is there a way to disable that?

does you cc desktop app show that you have photoshop and lightroom subscriptions?

if yes, reset the cc desktop app: make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if you're not sure, check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

then, if your subscription is shown on your account page, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
