is there any chance the creative cloud is available in Bangladesh

its really a huge disappointment that creative cloud is not availabe in bangladesh. we want to purchase the adobe app but there is no option. only option is purchase from reseller they charged $1250 per year which is not possibble. I think adobe should think about the bangladeshi designer.
