Is there any way to talk to an agent?

I have been trying to cancel my subscripton. I accidentally forgot to cancel my free 14 day trial and now must pay.  I don't want to do this.  I don't have the option of cancel my membership....I'm supposed to go through my district's IT support, but it's summer and they aren't working.  I just need this account canceled.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

you can plead your case, but the free triall is 7 days and then starts your subscription. during the subscription's first 7 days uis a grace period during which you are permitted to cancel for a full refund.

if you're outside those limits, you're committed to a subscription/payment.  sometimes adobe support will relax those limits.

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum so that proper help can be offered. moved to the proper forum for help.

If you have trouble canceling, please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

You can also contact Adobe by X (was Twitter):
