issue about cloud storage
I am a student plan subscriber, and my plan was successfully renewed on August 28, 2025.
Although the renewal was processed, my cloud storage has not been updated to reflect the new plan's capacity. When I check my account, the storage limit still shows the same amount as my previous year's plan.This is preventing me from using the full features of my renewed subscription.Could you please assist me with this issue and ensure my cloud storage is updated to the correct limit?
