Issue not being able to discontinue service
HI All
I have continuously requested with these people that my subsciption be cancelled, as I was not allowed to do it online (manually) and also exxplained to them what my situation is without any response from anyone. So they kept taking money from my account monthly. Been struggling with this issue since last year. Any one that could assit with advise on what to do. So now that I blocked any payments , there is suddenly a billing isssue. How is it so easy to pick up a billing issue but to read an email or respond to a client. Can someone please assist. ?
