Issue Restoring Lightroom Mobile Subscription Purchased via Google Play

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my Lightroom Mobile subscription purchased through the Google Play Store. I bought the annual subscription , using my Google account .

However, when I try to use Lightroom Mobile, I receive the following message:

"This subscription has already been purchased from the Play Store with a different Adobe ID."

I have confirmed that I am logged in with the same Adobe ID that I used when I purchased the subscription. When I attempt to restore the purchase within Lightroom, I see this message instead:

"The purchase found could not be restored because it has already been claimed."

Despite being logged in with the correct Adobe ID and using the same Google account, the subscription is not being recognized correctly.

  1. Version of the app:lightroom android 10.3.1
  2. Platform and OS version:android15

Can anyone help me resolve this issue? I would appreciate assistance in restoring my subscription or ensuring it is linked to the correct Adobe ID.

Thank you!

Apps obtained from 3rd parties like Google are most likely tied to your Google ID.

Apps obtained directly from Adobe are tied to your Adobe ID.
