Issue with Active Acrobat Pro Subscription Not Recognized in App

Hello,

I have an active Acrobat Pro subscription, but when I log into the Acrobat application (I am using a Mac), it tells me that my subscription has expired.

However, when I check my account on the website, the subscription is clearly active, and I am being charged every month.

I don't understand why I can't access the tools included in my subscription.

Note: I’ve already verified that I’m using the correct login ID (my email address), so the issue does not appear to be related to that.

Bonjour, 

J'ai un compte actif Acrobat Pro, mais lorsque je me connecte à l'application Acrobat, l'application m'indique que mon abonnement est arrivé à expiration. 

 

Pourtant lorsque je vérifie sur le site sur mon compte, l'abonnement est bien actif et je suis bien débité tous les mois. 

Donc je ne comprends pas pourquoi je ne peux pas utilisé les outils qui sont dans mon abonnement...

 

NB: j'ai déjà vérifié l'ID de connection (mon email), et cela est bien correct. Donc le problème ne provient pas de là.

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

 

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location
