Issue with Active Acrobat Pro Subscription Not Recognized in App
Hello,
I have an active Acrobat Pro subscription, but when I log into the Acrobat application (I am using a Mac), it tells me that my subscription has expired.
However, when I check my account on the website, the subscription is clearly active, and I am being charged every month.
I don't understand why I can't access the tools included in my subscription.
Note: I’ve already verified that I’m using the correct login ID (my email address), so the issue does not appear to be related to that.
