Issue with downloading Adobe Illustrator from AppStore

I have already payed the subscription for Adobe Illustrator, but I can't install it on IPad. After clicking on link I was sent to the AppStore, but it's not available in my region even though I currently located in Georgia. Region of payment is also Georgia. I need to help with installing app on tablet with AppStore or with any other way
