Issue with Mobile Verification on New Adobe Account

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I recently created a new Adobe account, but I’m facing an issue during the mobile number verification process. Each time I attempt to verify my number, I receive the following error message:

"An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later."

I’ve tried several times, but the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this problem so I can complete the verification process and start using my account without any interruptions?

Looking forward to your guidance.

Best regards,

I've seen a spike in similar complaints. You're not alone.

I don't know if this is a technical problem with Adobe's online form or a regional mobile phone number issue.

My rule of thumb is to avoid using spaces or special characters in form input fields. If that doesn't work, I urge you to reach out to Adobe Customer Care on Instagram or Twitter/X. Maybe they can shed some light on this problem.

Hope that helps.

Arden, thanks for posting your question about account security to this public discussion forum. If you have already tried a different device to add the phone number, then try again in 24 hours to see if the error continues. There are no current outages reported.
