Issue with payment details in Creative Cloud app

Hello, I have subscribed for Adobe pack with every app and it works well. I have payed everything (for the whole year) and I'm using my apps. But when I open Adobe Cloud Desktop App it shows me that there is an issue with my payment details and to update payment information. Why? I have already payed for a pack and my card is still valid. It alo has been showing me that when I enter the Adobe web page but it has stopped to show it. It only left in app. Also I can't see my Adobe Account page, there's only blank page.
