Issue with the paid subscription service in Firefly
Hello,
I recently purchased a one-month subscription to Adobe Firefly for $29.99, which included 7,000 credits. At the time of purchase, it was clearly stated that I could cancel the subscription at any time.
Immediately after completing the purchase, I canceled the subscription to make sure I would not be charged again next month, as I might otherwise forget to cancel it later.
I purchased the subscription specifically to test whether Firefly would be suitable for my work. However, after canceling the subscription, my access to the service was completely blocked, even though I had already paid for the subscription through October 16 of this year.
As a result, it appears that I have been charged $29.99, but my access to the service I paid for has been removed.
Could you please restore my access for the remaining paid subscription period? I have already paid for one full month, so I would simply like to be able to use the service until the end of that paid period. If there is anything I need to do on my side to restore access, please let me know.
I have to admit that this experience is quite frustrating. I found your service, decided to pay for it to test it for my work, and canceled the subscription only to prevent future charges. I did not expect the cancellation to immediately terminate the period I had already paid for.
At the moment, instead of using Firefly for my work and testing its sound-generation capabilities, I have to spend time contacting support to resolve an issue regarding a subscription that I have already paid for.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could restore my access for the remaining paid month.
Thank you for your help and understanding.
