Issues contacting adobe

Hello! I have a problem with my subscription to creative cloud, I paid for it, yet I still have no plans under my account. I want to know how to contact Adobe. I have tried using https://helpx.adobe.com/in/contact.html?step=CCSN but it just takes me to a page full of articles that aren't helpful to me, I want to talk to a real person, whether that be email, phone, or online chat, but I cannot for the love of me find it anywhere, not even with google searches.

    -click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
    -the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
    -type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
