I have an accidental GCash auto-debit charge and I would like a refund under the 14-day cancellation policy"I am writing to respectfully request a refund for an unexpected auto-renewal charge of Adobr Pro that was deducted from my GCash account.

    If you ordered a mobile app from Google or Apple Store, you would need to contact them directly.
