It says I have to buy Adobe Premiere v14

I've paid my monthly fee for all the Adobe products and when I try to use Adobe Premiere v14, it says I have to start a trial or buy Premiere on Adobe.com. This shouldn't be happening if I paid my monthly fee. Is this happening to anyone else? How do I fix this?

This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users here can't provide support for account, subscription, or billing issues, or issues with downloading or installing old, unsupported versions of Adobe software. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.

Note: Adobe North America is closed through New Year's Day. I believe CSRs from other countries may be filling in, but I'm not positive.

Click the following to contact Adobe customer support staff for help: .

You must be signed in with your Adobe ID and allow cookies in your web browser for this to work. .

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session. Typing AGENT into the chat window should connect you directly to a CSR rather than the AI.

If the CSR refers you to the forums, insist on speaking with a supervisor and keep moving up the chain until you get someone who knows what they are talking about.
