Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
.

Ko506887, I am sorry that you are encountering errors contacting our chat support team.  As suggested by John, you will want to contact our support team at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html.  You may need to use a different computer, smartphone, or tablet to begin the chat session.  It is very likely the current difficulties you are facing are also related to your inability to establish a chat session.

 

If you are using an individual membership, then you will need access to the servers and ports listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html to utilize the membership.
