IT WONT LET ME BUY ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD EVEN THO I HAVE THE MONEY i tried buying it on diffrent ancount but the same messge keeps poping up

i even try useing my apple pay on my phone witch had 60 dollors on it and the same messge pop up, if some one can help that would be nice

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

I have tried muptile diffrent  ancounts and to use my phone but nothing is working.

why can't you connect with your phone?

 

and did you try chat? twitter?
