its sad how you do business

I tried photoshop it freezes and makes my brand new laptop run like crap. I had difficulty with the functionality as well. I was under the impression I was in a trial that could be cancelled. My only reason for using was a work project that went incomplete becasuse I could not use your product. (thanks for that by the way. I got in a lot of trouble)  When I attempted to cancel I was pretty much forced to stay and they threw a free time period at me. After a few days I decided to cancel before the "free" time was even close to being up. I don't want it. I can't afford to waste money on junk that I can not use. Whe I came to the website to cancel they wouldn't let me without a $40+ fee. I can't cancel because I litererally do not even have that much money in my bank account. I am limited income now and I hope you are proud of yourselves tricking people into recurring payments for unused services they can not afford to waste money on. Shame on you and your shady buisness practices By the way that has never been my username for anything. EVER. You didn't even get my name right.

It's a shame your computer doesn't meet the system requirements necessary to run Creative Cloud & Photoshop.  I had an unpowered notebook once that was painful to use for everything except writing essays and checking email.  Later I got a better computer and the difference was night & day.  🙂
