Ive been trying to cancel my free trial but your manange plan/account keeps telling me i cant at the moment! You are now trying to charge my bank for a payment when I cant access the link to cancel the free trial plan!! NOT HAPPY

Free trial ended on 28/feb but the link to manage plans doesn’t let me proceed to a cancellation link and says ‘unable to make changes at the moment’. You are now trying to take out money from my account. Surely there must be another way to cancel this free trial ??

    Hi ​@Wakotaco,

    I reviewed your account details. The subscription is active now with pending dues.  If you wish to cancel the plan, you will need to clear the dues.

    Adobe offers full refund if the plan is cancelled within first 14 days of the purchase. Once the cancellation is done, an automatic refund is initiated which is processed within 12-14 days. You can refer to these articles:

    It was a FREE trial!! I shouldn’t have to pay for anything!!! Im just trying to cancel it and from day 6 & 7 of the 7 dsy free trial ive been trying to cancel before you charge me and claim that i didn’t cancel it time!! 
    PLEASE CANCEL IT FOR ME

    I will inform my bank to stop this scam from trying to take out of my bank!!

    it was a free trial that automatically rolls into a paid subscription that you agreed to.

    I have the same problem and they're trying to charge my car too and I just want to cancel it and I want them to quit charging my card but it won't let me delete my card and it won't let me cancel the free trial

    and when you try a different browser, try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.

    Its saying theres a billing issue as its trying to take money out of my bank. I tried to cancel the free trial before it takes money out and i couldn’t as it said ‘unable to change plan details at the moment’ and now its still not letting me cancel the subscription due to a billing issue.
