Ive been trying to cancel my free trial but your manange plan/account keeps telling me i cant at the moment! You are now trying to charge my bank for a payment when I cant access the link to cancel the free trial plan!! NOT HAPPY

Free trial ended on 28/feb but the link to manage plans doesn’t let me proceed to a cancellation link and says ‘unable to make changes at the moment’. You are now trying to take out money from my account. Surely there must be another way to cancel this free trial ??

    is there a payment problem noted at your account?

    and when you try a different browser, try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.

    Its saying theres a billing issue as its trying to take money out of my bank. I tried to cancel the free trial before it takes money out and i couldn’t as it said ‘unable to change plan details at the moment’ and now its still not letting me cancel the subscription due to a billing issue.
