Bonjour

j'ai bien résilié a temps mon essai gratuit de 14 jours, cependant j'ai tout de meme été débité.. je souhaiterai donc pouvoir parler a un conseiller pour obtenir un remboursement.

j''ai bien le mail indiquant avoir résilié avant la date butoir de la periode d'essai

However, Adobe offers full refund if the cancellation is done within 14 days.

@Julie_Declunder9339 having that email 'indicating that I cancelled before the deadline of the trial period' is a great start! I would also double-check in your adobe account under the 'manage plans' or 'plans' is cancelled as well. 

In your account, there is a 'Chat' box at the bottom to speak to someone too
