Jahresabo nach Verlängerung kündigen

Hallo liebe Community, 

 

mein Abo der Creative Cloud hat sich nach zwei Jahren nun wieder automatisch verlängert. 

Soweit ich weiß, habe ich aber innerhalb der ersten 14 Tage nachdem das neue Abonnement gestartet ist, die Möglichkeit dieses zu kündigen. Vor 3 Tagen hat das neue Abo begonnen und ich wollte gerade kündigen.

Allerdings wird mir jetzt angezeigt, dass ich 50% des Preises selbst zahlen muss. 

Kann mir da jemand helfen?

Hi Manan, 

I've got the same problem. It say to pay 50 % now but today is the last day of my 14 days. The customer service onlyis back at 8 am tomorrow. What can I do?

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
