Je ne peux pas changer ma formule car elle apparaît inexistante sur mon compte

Bonjour,

 J'ai depuis longtemps un abonnement à la formule photographique qui fonctionne sur mon ordinateur mais je ne peux pas la gérer car sur mon compte il est marqué aucune formule payante (mais les factures y sont bien). Le système tchat tourne en rond car il répond que pour avoir une assistance humaine il faut une formule payante mais c'est justement le problème. Quelqu'un sait-il comment contacter une personne par email ou téléphone qui comprendra immédiatement le problème ?

Dear all,

 I finally could get control back on my plan but maybe by random. It looks that there is confusion between the different ways of connecting to Adobe with different URLs or by going back to the id I used when I subscribed to the plan (which did not work at once). Anyway it works now.

Well I tried but the answer is always that there isn't any account at any of my other emails. But in my account you van see all the invoices
