Just a question about this month offer

Hey everybody, I saw the offer concerning the whole package of creative cloud an di just wanted to clarify, even though this might sound like a dumb question.
Is the offer valid an entire year ? Will I be only charged 36€ from november 2021 to november 2022 ?
