Just purchased Cloud Full Access plan and I'm unable to download PS and others

I just purchased the creative cloud plan and when I click to access the apps, the page shows me try/buy buttons on most of the apps, instead of "download" buttons. What's weird is that it shows that page for a second and then the page reloads with the page that doesn't allow me to access. Attanged in screenshot. IP Address related?
