Just purchased update of PSE23 last night; Serial number revoked

I just purchased the update for PSE 2023 last night but when I went to fill in my serial number, I received a pop up saying that it had been revoked. I can look at my Adobe account and see the purchase and serial number but it will not let me access it.  Thanks in advance for your help.
