Hello team,

Unable to contact Support CARE telephone number or email, finally came up to community for help.

On Feb 5th, 2022, i cancelled my Acrobat subscription.I received an email as such confirming rhe cancellation.

However, on Feb 10th i got charge on my credit card for another month. I do not need AcroPro for the next little while and need my charge of $37.28 CAND to be reimbursed to my credit card.

Can someone help me? At least by providing me an TFN or email to contact Customer Care?

Please find extract below from email i recevied.

Dear Jaime,

This email confirms that you canceled your Acrobat Standard DC subscription. You will continue to have access to your subscription tools and online services until the end of your billing cycle on 12-February-2022 (PT). After this date, your account will revert to a basic, free level of membership.

Let me move this to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum for you, which is the appropriate forum for your question.

The Using the Community forum is for help in using the Adobe Support Community forums, not for help with specific programs, installation issues, or account issues such as subscription questions or billing problems, or generalized questions about Creative Cloud services.

This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.

Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page or through a phone call. There is no email support.
